We teach our mediation classes following the Harvard model, and provide the textbooks used at Harvard Law School. We also give each of our students a book of our proprietary materials, consisting of outlined key mediation concepts, checklists, forms, sample contracts and Federal and State Motions and Orders for mediation. Our courses provide the required 40 hours of classroom education in the techniques of alternative dispute resolution, in compliance with the provisions of Section 154.052 of the Texas Civil Practices and Remedies Code, to be certified as a Mediator and Neutral. Our basic mediation classes start Thursday morning at our Dallas offices, and conclude Sunday evening. Each is approved for 40.5 hours MCLE, including 5 hours of Ethics. |
